Design My Future | Career Discovery Workshop

Many young people aged 16–25 struggle to find clarity about their future, especially those facing barriers to work, education, or wellbeing. Design My Future is a one-day immersive workshop that helps them uncover their unique strengths, interests, and personality traits — giving them the confidence and tools to take their next step.

The workshop blends career discovery with wellbeing and creativity. Participants explore UK career pathways while also learning about global education, training, and scholarship opportunities. This mix broadens horizons and inspires young people to see themselves as capable of thriving both locally and internationally.

Whole-Person Approach

Delivered by Youth Visionaries CIC, the programme reflects our whole-person approach — combining employability support, mental health resilience, and creative learning. It’s designed with young people, for young people, ensuring relevance, trust, and impact.
