At Youth Visionaries CIC, we believe every young person deserves the chance to grow with confidence, creativity, and wellbeing. Our mission is simple: to equip young people with the skills, resilience, and opportunities they need to succeed in work and life.
To support young people aged 16–25, especially those facing barriers, by providing skills training, creative opportunities, and wellbeing support that unlock life-changing potential.
To turn potential into progress, so young people can thrive at work, in life, and in their communities.

Governance
Youth Visionaries CIC is regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies (No. 16355763). Our governance approach ensures transparency, accountability, and collaboration. Decisions are made collectively by our board, with young people actively involved in shaping the programmes that affect them most.
We are proud members of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), a leading voice for the voluntary sector in the UK.
We’re proud to be backed by Youth Music, a national charity investing in grassroots projects that help young people make, learn, and earn in music.
