From Care to Youth Empowerment

Nkepile Ester Kingsley brings over a decade of experience in adult care, specialising in dementia through training at Bradford University. Her journey taught her the value of compassion, patience, and listening deeply to people’s stories—skills she now channels into youth empowerment.

Driven by a passion to support young people at critical stages of their lives, Nkepile transitioned to working with supported accommodation for young adults aged 16–25. Here, she helps create safe spaces where they can grow in confidence, build essential life skills, and dream big about their futures.

Why Her Work Matters

At Youth Visionaries CIC, Nkepile is committed to walking alongside young people as they shape their own futures. She believes the right support at the right time can transform lives—helping young people unlock resilience, independence, and ambition that lasts a lifetime.
